The most pleasant months to visit Gran Canaria in May, June, September and October, when the average daily temperature is low in the mid twenties. July and August can be hot, and if you like roast at a temperature of 35 degrees C, you can go outside the tourist season.
Off Season Trips
November to April is cold and if you really do not like the heat, could be a good time to visit. The weather during these months is a bit less predictable and one day may be warm enough to sleep on the beach, but the following may be gray and rainy.
So, in answer to the question which month has the best weather in Gran Canaria, the answer is that it depends what you are looking for.
If you are a servant of the sun that love has a heart on the island during the summer. If you want to be when there are fewer tourists, try the off-season months like May or September, when it is less busy, But still hot.

For winter sun, December and January are fairly safe bets but don’t blame me if you do get a day or two of rain!
